AIR TRAFFIC AGENT (M/F)

Your main missions will be:

Prepare loading and unloading instructions

Collect flight operational data and its specificities. Plan loading/unloading and establish preliminary mass and balance estimates. Establish loading/unloading instructions.

Finalize loading and balance documents

Adjust loading and balance in real time according to flight developments, alerts, and last-minute changes. Establish the final mass and balance estimate. Communicate with the Commandant de Bord for validation and compile the flight dossier on internal DCS and Loadform.

Coordinate aircraft operations upon departure and arrival

Verify the presence of stakeholders and equipment, coordinate their activities, and monitor deadlines. Supervise boarding/disembarkation, loading/unloading, provisioning, and contingency management. Control the compliance, quality, and safety of operations (catering arming, fuel, water, drainage, baggage reconciliation). Ensure the operation of crew shuttles, position gangways, and perform headset communications. Exchange with air navigation services regarding takeoff and landing slots. Alert the supervisor in case of an anomaly.

Control loading and communicate with flight crew

Control the compliance of baggage and cargo loading/unloading according to plans and procedures. Issue and transmit the flight dossier and inform the Commandant de Bord of specificities and contingencies.

Ensure documentary processing and communication

Update flight-related information, compile, file, and archive dossiers, and write reports. Respond to requests from client airlines and the airport manager. Establish information bulletins for the manager. Report events. You have: A Baccalauréat level education, acquired in the specialty or an equivalent training. One to two years of professional experience in the sector or the profession. Proficiency in dedicated IT tools (Pack Office, internal software, airline software, etc.). Proficiency in airline procedures. Proficiency in professional English within the field of activity. A driver's license. Certifications related to the activity. Mandatory clearances and authorizations, which you master. And you demonstrate rigor, reactivity, organization, and team spirit.

You are also prepared to work in a regulated airport environment, mainly outdoors, with shift work, including weekends and public holidays. Wearing professional attire and safety equipment is mandatory. Compliance with the "Charte de l'Uniforme" is also mandatory (uniform, presentation, behavior).
