We are looking for a Services Purchaser (M/F) for a partner company specializing in chemistry and petrochemistry, located on the Dunkerque industrial site. You will join the Purchasing Department, composed of 7 employees, as part of the preparation for the major 2028 technical shutdown. Under the responsibility of the Purchasing department, your main missions will be:

• Define and implement a purchasing strategy, particularly for drafting open contracts regarding technical equipment and services;
• Ensure liaison with internal stakeholders for questions relating to purchases, contractual and evaluation documents, as well as purchase requests;
• Follow procedures, from the call for tenders to the technical-commercial evaluation;
• Verify that activities related to purchases are concluded with qualified suppliers and transmit the appropriate documentation;
• Perform supply evaluations in order to compare with the market and be proactive in recommending suppliers;
• Prepare and enter the necessary information in SAP to generate requests for quotes, purchase orders, and framework agreements;
• Participate in the preparation activities for the 2028 technical shutdown. You have:
• A Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) specialized in purchasing, commercial negotiation, or equivalent;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the industrial sector;
• Skills in purchasing, negotiation, calls for tenders, and supplier monitoring;
• A good command of professional English, in an international context;

Knowledge of SAP and the technical equipment used in the chemical or petrochemical industry is a plus. And you demonstrate very good interpersonal skills, proactivity, energy, negotiation capacity, and human qualities. In short: Contract: CDD 6 months to one year, renewable Start: As soon as possible Hours: 37h30/week - variable hours Location: Dunkerque Remuneration: 34,500 euros to 40,645 euros gross/year depending on profile + year-end bonus of 6,650 euros Leave: 32 days of CP + 14 days of RTT Benefits: company restaurant, mileage allowance, possibility to recover up to 7 days in case of overtime according to current terms.
