ERP Coordinator for Aller Aqua Group A/S
About the company
At Aller Aqua Group, we are looking for an ERP Coordinator who enjoys working closely with people across the organization and turning business needs into practical digital solutions.
You will become part of Group IT, which currently consists of five colleagues, and report to our Group IT Manager.
Why Aller Aqua? Aller Aqua is a family-owned company with headquarters in Christiansfeld. We develop and produce fish feed for freshwater and marine aquaculture and serve customers in international markets.
You will join a workplace with colleagues from around the world and become part of a professionally strong team. Here, you can use your experience while continuing to develop your skills and contribute to digital solutions that support our international business.
Our culture is characterized by collaboration, responsibility, innovation, and openness to different perspectives. We believe that our best solutions are created when people share their knowledge and work together across functions and locations. Aller Aqua’s internal competency framework similarly emphasizes collaboration, inclusion, knowledge sharing, and learning from different viewpoints and experiences.
Your tasks
You will become part of our Group IT team and play an important role in the continued development and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across our international companies.
This is an opportunity to combine your ERP knowledge with collaboration, coordination, and business development in a role where your ideas and contributions will be visible.
As our ERP Coordinator, you will act as a link between users, business functions, external partners, and Group IT.
You will help colleagues get the most from Business Central and contribute to solutions that make every day processes simpler, more consistent, and more effective.
Your responsibilities will include
- coordinating Business Central projects from initial need to implementation
- understanding business processes and translating user needs into practical solutions
- supporting and advising colleagues on how to use Business Central effectively
- contributing to the design, testing, and implementation of new features and processes
- coordinating activities with external Business Central partners and developers
- ensuring clear documentation and quality assurance
- supporting integrations with other systems
- planning training and providing support to key users
- contributing to the future roadmap and governance of Business Central
Requirements
You may have gained your experience through different roles or career paths. Perhaps you have worked as an ERP consultant, application specialist, system coordinator, finance systems specialist, superuser, or in a business function with responsibility for Business Central.
We would particularly value
- experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or an earlier version of NAV
- an understanding of one or more ERP areas, such as finance, purchasing, inventory, production, or sales
- an interest in how systems can support people and business processes
- experience translating business needs into system requirements or improvements
- the ability to communicate clearly with users, managers, and technical specialists
- professional working proficiency in Danish and English
Experience from a manufacturing company is helpful, but it is not essential if you bring relevant ERP and process knowledge from another environment.
Knowledge of international ERP rollouts, reporting, Power BI, SQL, integrations, or data migration would also be welcome. We do not expect you to be an expert in every area from your first day.
You create trust and enjoy working with colleagues who have different professional and cultural backgrounds.
You listen, ask questions, and take the time to understand what users need before identifying a solution. You work in a structured way, follow up on your commitments, and are comfortable coordinating several stakeholders.
You are curious and motivated by learning. Most importantly, you enjoy helping people and systems work better together.
What we offer
At Aller Aqua, you will have the opportunity to:
- influence the development of an international ERP platform
- work closely with colleagues across business functions and countries
- develop your knowledge of Business Central and international business processes
- take responsibility while receiving support and professional sparring from your colleagues
- contribute your ideas in an organization where the path from suggestion to action is short
- work under flexible conditions in an informal and collaborative environment
How to apply
If the role appeals to you, but you do not meet every qualification listed, we would still be pleased to hear from you. Your experience may have given you relevant skills in ways we have not described here.
If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Group IT Manager Kenneth Lunby by phone at +45 40 21 80 88 or by email at klb@aller-aqua.com
Application deadline: We review applications on an ongoing basis and will close the position once we have found the right candidate.

We welcome applicants with different backgrounds, perspectives, and career paths. All candidates will be assessed according to the same role-relevant and objective criteria, in line with Aller Aqua’s internal approach to recruitment and pay structures.
