Content Specialist

Introduction to the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Content Specialist to support the development and evaluation of AI-powered content experiences on a leading global technology platform.

This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, data analysis, and artificial intelligence. The successful candidate will help improve the quality of AI-generated content by evaluating model outputs, testing prompts, identifying trends, and developing content quality frameworks.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze AI-generated content to assess quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Design, test, and refine prompts to improve AI model performance.
• Review large volumes of content and identify patterns, trends, and areas for optimization.
• Develop evaluation methodologies, quality standards, and content guidelines.
• Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights from content performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Support the continuous improvement of AI systems through structured feedback and recommendations.
• Monitor emerging industry, media, and digital content trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in content analysis, editorial operations, journalism, content strategy, trust & safety, AI evaluation, or a related field.
• Strong written communication and critical thinking skills.
• Experience evaluating content quality and applying editorial judgment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work with data and extract meaningful insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Exposure to prompt engineering, prompt testing, or AI model evaluation.
• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or policy enforcement.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, and digital content ecosystems.
• Experience creating evaluation frameworks, taxonomies, or quality measurement methodologies.
