Role Overview:  The Supply Chain Onboarding Associate is responsible for managing supplier onboarding and compliance activities across assigned programs and regions. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders, and program teams to ensure suppliers complete required onboarding, compliance, contractual, and registration requirements within defined timelines.  The SCOA will act as a key point of coordination throughout the supplier onboarding lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, effective issue resolution, and adherence to established processes and client requirements.  Key Responsibilities:  Manage end-to-end supplier vetting and onboarding activities for assigned programs and regions. 

Initiate supplier onboarding requests and communicate required documentation, compliance requirements, and timelines. 

Review supplier submissions for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to program requirements. 

Review and maintain required supplier documentation, including contracts, NDAs, insurance certificates, registrations, and other compliance requirements. 

Identify missing or inconsistent documentation and coordinate with suppliers to resolve outstanding requirements. 

Track supplier progress, follow up on pending actions, and drive timely completion within defined SLAs. 

Identify and escalate compliance exceptions, risks, and onboarding blockers as appropriate. 

Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers throughout the vetting and onboarding process. 

Partner with clients, suppliers, Implementation, Client Delivery, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to resolve issues and meet program requirements. 

Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders regarding timelines, outstanding actions, and potential delays. 

Support supplier onboarding for new implementations, program expansions, and ongoing business requirements. 

Manage supplier information and onboarding activities across relevant supplier portals, VMS platforms, and internal systems. 

Maintain accurate supplier records, trackers, dashboards, and reports. 

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. 

Support audits, supplier profile clean-up, documentation reviews, and governance activities. 

Follow established SOPs, controls, SLAs, and quality standards. 

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to SOPs, templates, and other process documentation.

Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders across the organization. 

Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems, tools, and processes. 

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 

A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of supplier onboarding, compliance, staffing, procurement, and operational processes. 

Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in supplier management, onboarding, compliance, procurement, staffing, customer service, or operations is an advantage but not mandatory. 

Shift - NORAM ( 5 PM TO 2 AM) 

Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday-Wednesday) 

The role may require occasional flexibility based on business requirements, implementations, program expansions, or critical supplier onboarding activities. 

Bachelor’s Degree, or related major or equivalent business experience. 

Prior experience in supplier onboarding, vendor management, compliance, procurement, staffing/recruitment operations, shared services, customer service, or a similar operational environment is an advantage. 

Familiarity with Staffing and Recruitment Industry, supplier management, procurement, compliance, or other business platforms is a plus. 

Experience working with global or regional stakeholders across different teams or time zones is preferred. 

Relevant internship, academic project, or coordination experience demonstrating strong organizational, communication, analytical, or stakeholder management skills will also be considered.
