Supply Chain Supervisor

Provide overall leadership, direction, and performance management for the Purchasing, Logistics, and Insurance departments , through their respective managers.

Establish departmental objectives, priorities, KPIs, and performance standards in alignment with the company’s operational and commercial goals.

Monitor the performance of all three departments and ensure the effective execution of agreed plans, targets, and service levels.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure effective coordination and collaboration between Purchasing, Logistics, Insurance, Finance, Sales, Warehouse , and other relevant departments.

Review and analyze operational performance and provide management with regular reports, insights, and actionable recommendations.

Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction, supplier optimization, improved payment terms, and increased operational efficiency .

Support strategic supplier management, commercial negotiations, and the continuous improvement of the company’s supply chain performance.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration , or a related field.

10–15 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management.

Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, procurement, negotiation, freight, customs clearance, and international shipment procedures .

Proven experience dealing with insurance companies and brokers , including claims management and follow-up.

Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel .

Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills .

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Very good command of English , both written and spoken.

Strong ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and resolve complex operational issues effectively.
