Your tasks
All Wheelers Concierge Pte Ltd seeks a motivated Sales Executive to build customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, promote automotive products, and support digital marketing efforts in Singapore.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to potential customers’ needs
- Execute sales and digital marketing strategies to promote company products and services effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, product features, and services to inform customers accurately
- Provide professional customer support throughout the sales cycle, including after-sales service to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to plan and implement sales and marketing initiatives
- Create and edit video content to enhance digital marketing and promotional campaigns
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships
Requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence (compulsory)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing
- Proficiency in video editing and familiarity with digital marketing techniques
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work independently
- Good computer skills and ability to use relevant digital tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
- Willingness to work on-site in Singapore
