All Ways of Caring Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Continuing Care Assistants (CCAs) / Caregivers to provide quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes in ROSTHERN and surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as required.
  • Provide medication reminders according to the clients care plan.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment.
  • Assist clients with appointments, errands, and community activities when required.
  • Observe and report changes in the clients physical or emotional condition.
  • Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
  • Maintain client dignity, privacy, independence, and confidentiality.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and other members of the care team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • CCA certification or equivalent healthcare training is preferred.
  • Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or personal care is an asset.
  • Must have a valid drivers licence and be able to drive.
  • Must have reliable access to a vehicle and be willing to travel to clients homes in Rosthern and surrounding areas.
  • Must be willing and able to travel as required for client assignments.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, reliable, and respectful.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check may be required.
