Job Summary
The Retail Watch Consultant manages daily retail operations, including sales, stock handling, and housekeeping. They engage customers to provide excellent service and drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Deliver knowledgeable product recommendations and customer service to retail customers to support sales growth
- Assist in managing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and availability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail outlet daily to create an inviting shopping environment
- Operate and manage the POS/cashier system accurately for sales transactions
- Support store manager or supervisor with ad-hoc tasks as assigned to ensure smooth store operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess GCE ‘O’ Level certification or have at least 1 year of experience in a related industry
- Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a retail environment to maintain productivity
- Collaborate well with team members to support store objectives
