Quality Controller

Key responsibilities Assist in implementing and maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS)

Ensure manufacturing activities comply with GMP, SOPs, quality standards and regulatory requirements

Receive, approve and reject release of starting, packaging, intermediate, bulk and finished products

In charge of label reconciliation, retention of samples & calibration of equipment

Conduct incoming, in-process and finished product inspections

Review & check production and quality records for accuracy and completeness

Assist in handling deviations, non-conformances, CAPA and customer complaints

Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections

Assist in investigation and root cause analysis of quality issues

Ensure proper control and maintenance of QA / QC documentation and records

Issue and close BMR.

Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions

Support new initiatives to improve product quality and manufacturing processes

Requirements: At least a Diploma in related studies (Chemistry, Food Science etc)

At least 2 years of work experience in pharmaceutical/health supplements manufacturing industry

Good knowledge of GMP

5 days’ work week

Good hygiene habits

Comfortable in Chinese speaking environment (to liaise with colleagues & associates)

Comfortable in clean room environment

Able to work well independently and in a team

Local residents preferred.
