Technical System Planner - Electrotechnical Systems (m/f/d)

For our well-known customer in Schwäbisch Hall, we are looking for exactly YOU as a Production Process Planner (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• YOU are responsible for the design and constant optimization of production and its process flows.
• YOU carry out optimization projects in close cooperation with the respective department managers.
• YOU perform and evaluate time studies according to REFA.
• YOU plan, calculate, document, and introduce new processes into manufacturing.
• THE digitalization and standardization of production processes is also part of your tasks.
• THE procurement and introduction of capital goods (plants and machines) including selection of manufacturing concepts, suppliers, machine acceptance, commissioning, and zero-series support.
• THE management and participation in Lean projects and workshops as well as support in the introduction of Industrie 4.0 projects.

Your profile:

• YOU bring a completed degree in the field of production technology or completed further training as a Techniker/Meister in the field of metal/electrotechnology or a comparable training.
• Ideally, YOU have gained several years of professional experience in the field of process planning, process realization, and Lean production.
• YOU possess confident handling of MS-Office, proALPHA and Auto-CAD LT.
• REFA – knowledge / REFA basic training are indispensable.
• YOU have good English skills.
• YOU are characterized by an analytical, independent, and responsible way of working.
• YOUR strengths are initiative and sense of responsibility as well as teamwork and assertiveness.
