What You Will Do:
- Liaison with gallery staff regarding POS system updates, orders and inventory management.
- Organize communications to clients relating to orders and product inquiries.
- Organize, update and monitor sales orders for the production team.
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing travel.
- Monitoring the progress and completion of projects, tracking client deadlines and billings.
- QuickBooks accounting data entry.
- Complete monthly reconciliations, reporting, and tax remittance.
- All components of employee payroll.
- Optimizing our online store.
- Providing website updates and online marketing improvements.
- Sending bi-weekly Constant Contact emails to our community.
- Creating systems for efficiencies regarding inventory management.
- Assessing client's needs and identify emerging trends.
- Updating and creating operational resources including production chain efficiencies.
- Organize, lead, and document monthly manager meetings, and liaising between the CEO and management team Ensure high level of client satisfaction through excellent interactions.
What You Require To Succeed:
- A minimum of 3 years of office management experience or similar background.
- A successful track record in a small business environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of working effectively and efficiently with little or no supervision.
- A positive, can-do attitude, willingness to learn and grow with provided training.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, with a high regard for confidentiality.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar software.
- IT proficiency.
- Digital Marketing or e-commerce experience preferred.
- A commitment to Mother Nature.
