Senior
- Installation and commissioning photocopier machines at customer premises
- Diagnose and repair of photocopy machines on and off site
- Investigate, resolve maintenance and repair issues of the equipments
- Conduct preventive maintenance
- Manage tool kit, spare parts and consumable supplies precisely
- Provide training and advice to customer on operation and basic maintenance of machines
- Attend IT related calls based on networking
- EZ-link payment Machine setup and operation
- Team player and communicates effectively with customers.
