Recruiter

We are looking for a highly motivated and people-centric Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our business, hiring managers, and top-tier candidates. You will be responsible for consulting stakeholders on workforce needs, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment campaigns, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience from sourcing to offer acceptance. This position is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for negotiation, relationship building, and data-driven decision-making.

Working hours: 4PM - 1AM,  Recruiter working hours are subject to discussion and will be finalized upon offer.

Proactively source passive candidates using advanced search techniques on LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.

Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build hiring strategies, and provide market intelligence.

 Ensure a transparent, efficient, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Track recruitment KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire) and maintain compliance with legal hiring standards in all documentation.

Minimum  3 years  of full-cycle recruitment experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR reporting tools.

Strong behavioral and competency-based interviewing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated track record of effectively managing high-volume requisitions and competing priorities in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.

Preferred:

Experience recruiting for the  Logistics  field.
