Finance Manager

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the financial backbone of the organization - overseeing budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and compliance while ensuring financial discipline across all departments. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimize systems, and support data-driven decision-making. This position is ideal for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building robust financial processes that scale with the business.

• Manage AP/AR, cash flow, bank reconciliations, and daily transactions.
• Enforce spending controls, validate expenses against budgets, and monitor fixed/variable costs.
• Oversee corporate card reconciliations, SaaS tracking, and unauthorized spending prevention.
• Develop and manage budgets; perform plan-fact analysis and forecasts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support departmental planning.
• Prepare P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and management dashboards (monthly/weekly).
• Ensure tax compliance, filings, and audit readiness; coordinate with external accountants.
• Oversee invoicing (in/out), vendor payments, collections, and receivables.
• Coordinate with Admin on purchase requests and procurement.
• Work with QuickBooks (or similar); participate in system selection, implementation, and automation of reporting workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy and system integration with IT and vendors.
• Partner with Admin (opex/procurement), HR (payroll), and IT (SaaS costs) to align financial processes.

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3+ years in finance/accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of reporting, budgeting, and Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.
• Understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
