Sales Representative

Your tasks

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the showroom.
• Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Demonstrate product functionalities and answer any questions customers may have.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and services.
• Maintain the showroom's cleanliness and organization, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail sales or showroom environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and customer engagement.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
