Medical Equipment After-Sales Service Technician
Alizés RH is recruiting for its client, Techni Médical Service (TMS), a recognized player in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of medical equipment in the Antilles Guyane. Reporting to the After-Sales Service Team Leader and integrated into a team of five technicians, you will ensure the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment for healthcare establishments and professionals in the sector. In this capacity, you will: Perform preventive and curative maintenance interventions on medical equipment.
Ensure the installation, commissioning, and delivery of equipment.
Diagnose faults and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Verify the proper functioning of equipment after intervention.
Write reports and technical documents related to your interventions.
Manage your stock of spare parts and the equipment entrusted to you.
Provide high-quality support to users and ensure their satisfaction.
Participate in the quality process and the development of the activity by reporting information.
Your profile You hold a minimum of a Bac +2 in electronics, electrotechnics, industrial computing, or equivalent. Beginner profiles are welcome. Strong motivation, good technical potential, and a desire to learn will be particularly appreciated.

A basic level of technical English is necessary to follow certain supplier training and to use technical documentation.
- Regular technical training at manufacturers in France and internationally.
- Travel to client sites in Martinique and occasionally within the Antilles Guyane zone.
