Your tasks

In this dual role combining Wedding Planner and Marketing Analyst responsibilities, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing the end-to-end planning and execution of weddings while simultaneously analyzing market trends to drive business growth. Your key duties will include coordinating with vendors, managing client expectations, and ensuring seamless event logistics, all while utilizing data-driven insights to refine our marketing strategies. You will also handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications, and engage with potential customers through public speaking and customer service initiatives to enhance brand visibility and satisfaction.

Requirements

We welcome candidates who hold an SMA or SMK education level and possess between one and three years of relevant experience in the field. Ideal applicants should demonstrate proficiency in essential skills such as Customer Service, Wedding Makeup coordination, Teamwork, Event Planning, and Event Management, alongside strong administrative capabilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and the broader Microsoft Office suite is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively through Public Speaking, ensuring you can represent Alissha with confidence and professionalism in all interactions.
