We are looking for an INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN/TECHNICIAN for the EU (AI & Industrial Safety)

As our new installation technician, you will become a key face of advanced technology directly in the field at European customers. Your mission will be to ensure that industrial safety systems—from AI vision to anti-collision RTLS systems—function absolutely flawlessly in demanding operations. We are looking for a partner for whom work is not just about assembly, but about technical precision and fine-tuning modern technologies. If you have an electrical education, a desire to travel around Europe, and can communicate in English, we offer you a role where you will combine honest craftsmanship with the latest trends.

Your main responsibilities will be: Field implementation: Installation, connection, and commissioning of systems (active anti-collision systems based on UWB and AI cameras, interactive LED projection, and other systems for improving operational safety). Fine-tuning and diagnostics: Configuration and calibration of installed device parameters via software (PC/tablet) directly in operation according to the customer's wishes. Technical supervision and support: Supervision of installation quality at local partners in the EU and remote assistance to electrician colleagues (we will teach you everything). Know-how transfer: Basic training of operators at the customer site and feedback for our R&D team.

What do we need from you? Electrical basics: SOU/SOŠ in the field and a valid certificate according to NV no. 194/2022 Sb. (min. § 6), formerly decree 50/78 Sb. (if your validity is expiring, we will gladly arrange renewal). Manual dexterity: Experience in performing electrical installations, sensor mounting, and pulling cabling for industrial equipment (VZV, racking). Working on a platform. Not being afraid of technology: Working on a PC. Basic orientation in industrial sensing and data transmission. English: English at a communicative level A2/B1, communication with technicians and customers (setup, training). Driving license cat. B: You are an active driver and view trips around Europe as a benefit.

We offer: salary 40,000 - 60,000 Kč (depending on experience) + salary bonus. Above-standard net income thanks to foreign per diems in € "(e.g., during trips to Germany 50 EUR/day)."
