Store Manager

The company ΑΛΙΜΑΡ ΝΤΙΒΕΛΟΠΜΕΝΤ, a member of the Κωνσταντίνου group, with a leading presence in the clothing and footwear sector through the ADIDAS franchise store network, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager for its store in Athens. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the store, leading the team, and achieving commercial targets. Main Responsibilities:

Guiding, coordinating, and motivating the store team. Management and organization of merchandise and the warehouse. Monitoring, checking, and organizing daily accounting documents and procedures. Taking initiatives and decisions aimed at increasing sales and providing excellent customer service. Focusing on achieving the quantitative and qualitative goals of the store. Required Qualifications: Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the retail sector (clothing and/or footwear). Strong commercial awareness and experience in warehouse & merchandise management. Ability to organize, plan, and manage accounting documents. Proven ability in management, leadership, and team development. Result-oriented and focused on achieving goals. Flexibility, decision-making, and taking initiative. Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Desired Qualifications (will be considered an advantage):
