Production Supervisor (12 hours Night shift/ Electronics Manufacturing/ East Area)

Lead and supervise a group of operators/leaders to ensure smooth operation. Achieve daily production schedule with minimum yield loss. Initiate manpower deployment. Enforce discipline and safety on the shop floor. Prioritization of models base on the urgent need's basis. Promote Safety awareness. Requirements: Diploma in Engineering Prefer 2 – 3 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing environment. Good interpersonal, team-building and supervisory skill.
