Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead field execution of electrical construction within hyperscale data centers. This onsite role will manage electrical subcontractors, coordinate installation activities, resolve field issues, maintain schedules, and oversee quality through commissioning and closeout.
This is not an electrical engineering or facilities operations role. We are looking for someone who understands how large-scale electrical systems are installed and managed in the field. Data center experience is preferred.

This position is based in the Atlanta Metro area and will work onsite for local data center projects.
Approximately 50% overnight travel outside of the Texas area should be expected at times.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day electrical construction activities onsite
Manage electrical subcontractors, manpower, schedules, sequencing, and deliveries
Oversee installation of switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, busway, PDUs, RPPs, STS, and power distribution
Review drawings, one-lines, submittals, RFIs, and field changes
Coordinate with GCs, contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and clients
Lead electrical QA/QC and resolve installation or trade coordination issues
Support testing, commissioning, punch list, turnover, and closeout
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, project requirements, and safety standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center electrical construction experience
Experience managing electrical subcontractors and field installation activities
Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and construction sequencing
Ability to read electrical drawings and one-line diagrams
Experience with QA/QC, inspections, testing, commissioning, or turnover
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Data center or mission-critical construction experience
Experience with a major electrical contractor or mission-critical construction firm
Experience with medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution
Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software
Electrical trade or construction management background
