About the position Our qubits operate at 10 millikelvins, at our Aubervilliers site: cleanroom, cryostats, cold groups, electrical grids, ultra-filtered air. As Technical and Maintenance Manager, you will take full responsibility for these utilities and their maintenance. Keeping them running directly conditions the speed at which we build the machine: a compressed air outage or a filtration drift, and weeks of operations are lost.

🛠️ Main missions: Drive the operation and reliability of critical utilities: cleanrooms, HVAC and filtration, electrical grids, fluids, cold production.

Build the maintenance strategy — preventive, predictive, regulatory — and drive it through risk management, relying on GMAO.

Coordinate service providers and contracts, arbitrate interventions, protect critical experimentation slots, and minimize downtime.

Maintain an operational field presence: in-depth diagnosis of complex incidents and root cause analysis of recurring failures, in support of the maintenance provider.

Guarantee regulatory compliance and facility safety: periodic inspections, work permits, risk analyses, contamination control in the cleanroom.

Prepare operational continuity: backup plans, emergency drills, intervention procedures for sensitive quantum infrastructure.

Drive technical, energetic, and organizational improvements, and inform investment and renewal decisions.

🔧 Skills & Expertise 5 years or more in maintenance or technical management of a demanding industrial site: semiconductors, pharma, cleanrooms, data center, cryogenics, R&D laboratory or equivalent.

True technical mastery of utilities: HVAC, electricity, fire safety, controlled contamination environments.

Experience managing service providers and maintaining a structured maintenance plan in a GMAO.

Operational composure: when a critical installation fails, you prioritize quickly and communicate clearly.

Professional French and English — our teams are international, the service providers are French-speaking.

Education: Bachelor's to Master's degree in industrial maintenance, electrical or mechanical engineering, climate engineering, facilities management engineering or equivalent. Field experience takes precedence over the degree.

Bonus: ISO 14001 / ISO 50001, cleanroom certification, CMRT, or experience in commissioning new installations.
