Today we are looking to integrate an IT Assistant into our team with an interest in developing in technical support and user assistance.
What will you do in this role?
You will be the first point of contact to resolve basic technical incidents within the organization, supporting in:
- First-level technical support (on-site and remote)
- Basic diagnosis of failures in computer equipment, printers, and peripherals
- Installation and configuration of software (Office, antivirus, basic tools)
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment
- Network support (basic cabling, connectivity)
- Attention and follow-up of tickets
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computación, Sistemas, or related field
- Minimum experience of 6 months (can be internships or social service)
- Basic knowledge in:
- Windows
- Office suite
- Internet and basic networks
- Basic technical English (reading mainly)
- Service attitude, problem analysis, and good communication
