Dining Room Manager

Do you stand out for your leadership, passion for gastronomy, and ability to coordinate service in high-volume dining rooms? We are looking for a Dining Room Manager to lead our team of waiters, ensure excellent service, and coordinate the flow of service in every shift. Proficiency in a second language.

Academic Background: Completed High School and active student of a technical, technological, or university program (in any area).

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a Head Waiter, Captain, or Dining Room Supervisor in high-volume restaurants.

• Efficient management of reservations, strategic assignment, and table distribution.
• Leadership, motivation, and supervision of table service teams.
• Standards of excellent customer service and interactivity with diners.
• Assertive handling of complaints, claims, and real-time conflict resolution.
