Head of Cashiering

Do you possess leadership, numerical precision, and extensive experience in supervising collection processes? We are looking for a Head of Cashiering to lead our team of cashiers, ensuring operational control, efficiency in collections, and the best service experience for our customers.

• Academic Background: Technician or Technologist in Accounting, Business Administration, or related areas.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years performing management, control, or supervision roles of cash in commercial establishments or high-volume restaurants.
• Specific Knowledge:
• o Mastery of POS systems and electronic invoicing.
• o Rigorous process of cash counting, balancing, and daily cash closing.
• o Efficient control of payment methods (cash, datáfonos, transfers, vouchers).
• o Standards of excellent customer service and resolution of issues.

Competencies and skills

Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to guide, supervise, and support the cashier staff. Organization and Detail: High sense of responsibility, honesty, and precision in handling money. Decision Making: Agility to resolve payment discrepancies and respond calmly during high-flow moments.
