Bar Assistant

Are you passionate about the world of cocktails, a great atmosphere, and agility behind the bar? In our team, we are looking for people with energy, dynamism, and skill to create incredible drinks and provide top-notch service in a high-flow bar.

Education: High school graduate. (If you have courses in bartending, cocktails, or mixology, we would love to know!)

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience as a Bar Assistant, Barback, or Bartender in high-volume restaurants, bars, or gastrobars.

Key knowledge:

• Preparation of classic cocktails and signature drinks.
• Management, control, and counting of liquor and supply inventory.
• Operational agility, bar cleaning, and excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
