Corporate Security Coordinator (Resource Protection) - Bogotá

The challenge

You will be responsible for coordinating the physical security, resource protection, and risk management strategy, ensuring a safe operation, business continuity, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Among your main challenges will be:

• Leading the physical security of the operation, supervising surveillance, access controls, and the entry and exit of people, vehicles, raw materials, and materials.
• Protecting business assets and resources, identifying risks, managing incidents, and investigating losses, irregularities, and security events.
• Strengthening supply chain security, leading the implementation and maintenance of standards such as OEA, BASC, and ISO 28000, as well as the evaluation of suppliers and associated controls.
• Coordinating Food Defense initiatives and food fraud prevention, articulating security management with quality and food safety processes.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of electronic security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access controls.
• Leading specialized teams and providers, managing budget, contracts, and security services efficiently.

We are looking for a profile with experience in our environment

This challenge is designed for professionals who know firsthand the dynamics of an industrial operation.

We are looking for:

• Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Military Sciences, Police Sciences or related careers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Security, Resource Protection, Physical Security, Loss Prevention, or Risk Management.
• Experience in food, beverage, or mass consumption companies, preferably in production plants, distribution centers, or operations with high-complexity supply chains.
• Direct experience in plant, leading security schemes, access control, contractor management, electronic security, investigations, and/or asset protection.
• Knowledge in OEA, BASC, ISO 28000 and management systems related to supply chain security.
• Experience leading teams, private security and surveillance companies, providers, and budgets.
