An important company in the fintech sector specialized in electronic payment solutions and financial technology is looking for talent to join its team as: Account Configuration Analyst
Job Objective: We are looking for an Account Configuration Analyst responsible for ensuring the correct creation, configuration, update, and maintenance of accounts within internal systems, ensuring compliance with policies, operating standards, and established service levels. The position requires an analytical profile, detail-oriented, and focused on quality and service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive, analyze, and manage requests for creation, modification, and cancellation of accounts in internal systems.
- Configure accounts according to requirements from internal and external clients.
- Validate the integrity, consistency, and quality of the processed information.
- Ensure compliance with processes, internal policies, and service level agreements (SLA).
- Follow up and provide timely resolution to incidents related to configurations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and process automation.
- Collaborate with different areas to ensure correct operation.
Requirements:
- Completed degree or in progress in Administration, Business, Systems, Law, or related careers.
- Intermediate English.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or similar positions (desirable).
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data cross-referencing).
- Experience in data validation and analysis.
- Knowledge in SLA monitoring and compliance.
