Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, managing online and offline reservations, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and internal departments.

Main Responsibilities

• Management and supervision of all hotel reservation activities (direct bookings, online channels, travel agencies, walk-ins).
• Ensuring the accuracy of reservation data and effective communication with the relevant departments.
• Analysis of booking trends and preparation of reports such as occupancy forecasts, pickupreports, and performance analyses.
• Implementation and maintenance of pricing strategies across all distribution channels.
• Prompt response to booking requests and customer inquiries, providing a high level of service.
• Use and management of the hotel's PMS/CRS systems and onlinebooking systems (Protel).

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within the hotel industry.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of reservation systems (PMS/CRS), OTA extranets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
