Guest Relation Manager
Purpose
As Guest Relation Manager, you will provide services in the reception area according to the Hotel's standards, you will maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and you will be in constant communication with your immediate supervisor and the General Manager to resolve any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Serve guests regarding any issues
- Manage any guest complaints
- Provide clerical support and information regarding the area - leisure time for visitors
- Manage electronic correspondence
- Communicate directly with the supervisor for problem resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Tourism education/diploma/Degree/Studies will be considered an additional qualification
- 2+ years of experience in a similar department, ideally in a 5* hotel environment
- Knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of the German language
- Excellent knowledge of the hotel software Protel
- Excellent knowledge of PC (Word, Excel)
