Procurement Manager – MEP Contracting

Manage the full procurement cycle for MEP projects.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate the best prices and commercial terms.

Review material specifications and coordinate with Technical Office and Project teams.

Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and urgent project requirements.

Maintain and develop a reliable database of suppliers and subcontractors.

Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Manage and follow up on the procurement team and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Prepare procurement reports and provide regular updates to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field .

5–7 years of relevant experience in Procurement, preferably in MEP Contracting or Construction .

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and MEP materials is highly preferred.

Proven experience in supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, and purchasing.

Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and commercial terms.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel .

Leadership and team management skills.

Good English communication skills.

Strong knowledge of the local MEP suppliers’ market is a plus.
