HVAC Operation & Maintenance Engineer – Central AC

Supervise and follow up on daily operation and maintenance activities for central AC systems.

Monitor the performance and operating conditions of HVAC equipment.

Carry out and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Troubleshoot HVAC system faults and coordinate required repairs.

Supervise technicians and ensure proper execution of maintenance tasks.

Prepare maintenance schedules, daily reports, and equipment records.

Follow up on spare parts, tools, and materials required for maintenance.

Coordinate with clients and site teams regarding operation and maintenance requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – Power or HVAC .

3–5 years of relevant experience in Central AC operation and maintenance.

Good knowledge of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, and HVAC systems .

Experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to supervise technicians and work under pressure.

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Good English communication skills.
