Logistics Executive
Store & Inventory Control
- Manage and maintain proper organisation of materials, equipment, tools and other items within the store.
- Receive, check and record incoming materials and equipment against the relevant Delivery Order (D.O.), Material Request and supporting documents.
- Counter-check quantities and condition of materials upon receipt and before distribution to sites.
- Ensure materials are properly labelled, stored and easily traceable.
- Issue materials and equipment to projects/site teams based on approved Material Requests.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, including goods received, issued, returned and transferred.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies, damaged items or shortages to the General Manager / Project Manager.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight items requiring replenishment to the relevant management personnel.
- Minimise material wastage, loss, damage and unnecessary stockholding.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all store transactions, including D.O., Material Request, F.O. and other relevant records.
Fabrication Coordination
- Prioritise fabrication requirements according to the urgency and needs of various project sites.
- Coordinate with fabricators to ensure required items are completed within the allocated lead time.
- Monitor fabrication progress and follow up on outstanding fabrication requirements.
- Minimise material wastage through proper planning, measurement and coordination.
- Ensure completed fabricated items are properly identified, recorded and prepared for delivery to the respective sites.
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Plan and coordinate daily driver schedules and delivery/collection requirements.
- Ensure all items are properly packed, checked and accurately described before delivery.
- Verify quantities and items against the relevant documentation before dispatch.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding availability before confirming urgent deliveries or collections.
- Prioritise deliveries and collections based on project urgency and operational requirements.
- Plan delivery routes and schedules to minimise unnecessary mileage, travelling time and transportation costs.
- Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure materials are ready and received at the required time.
- Ensure returned materials and equipment are properly checked, recorded and returned to the appropriate storage location.

Implement a proper department structure aligned to the culture of the Company. Direct and oversee the activities of your subordinates. Ensure work process are done effectively and efficiently. Planning, organizing, leading and controlling of subordinates within the department. Perform regular reviews and appraisal of subordinates. Any other ad-hoc duties as per instructed by Management. Possess a Degree in any field or above (Logistics related preferred but not necessary). Proficient in MS Office. Must possess integrity and drive. Ability to withstand emotional distress and work pressure. Possess conceptual skills, the ability to analyse and diagnose unstructured problems that surface time to time.
