Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C. is looking for an experienced and responsible HR coordinator to join our team.

Industry: Food & beverage

Experience: 2-4 years

Joining: Immediate joiners only

Requirements

Key requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the food & beverage industry.

Good knowledge of UAE labour law and employee-related compliance requirements.

Experience in handling day-to-day HR operations and employee matters.

Knowledge and practical experience with ERP or SAP systems.

Ability to manage employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related responsibilities.

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle HR responsibilities efficiently.

Strong follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with management and employees.
