Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C is looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-driven general manager to lead our growing specialty coffee, food & beverage, customer service, and hospitality operations.

Candidate requirements

More than 15 years of relevant experience in specialty coffee, F&B, customer service, or hospitality.

Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee and F&B industry.

Proven experience managing multiple branches and overall company operations.

Excellent leadership and team-management skills.

Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.

Ability to manage daily operations and ensure all branches run smoothly and efficiently.

Strong sales and business development skills.

Proven ability to increase sales, improve profitability, and achieve business targets.

Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

A hands-on, professional, and results-oriented approach.
