We are hiring for Revenue Coordinator
General Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within hospitality or villa management preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with channel managers or PMS is a plus
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with clear and professional communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy
- Placement in Head Office - Canggu
Responsibilities :
- Assist in implementing pricing strategies to optimize revenue across all distribution channels
- Monitor daily performance, including occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, and prepare regular reports
- Support in analyzing market trends, competitor data, and historical performance to inform rate decisions
- Coordinate with the reservations and sales teams to ensure rate accuracy and inventory availability
- Maintain data integrity across all revenue systems and provide administrative support to the Revenue Manager
- Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes by compiling relevant data and insights
