Commercial Executive

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to join our team!

Main functions

• Perform market analysis (benchmarking), evaluating prices, trends, competition, and business opportunities, and prepare the corresponding cost charts (purchase, transport, operation, and logistics) that support the decision-making of the Commercial Area.
• Prospect new suppliers through mailing campaigns, commercial calls, visits, LinkedIn, business directories, and other prospecting tools, registering and keeping the Prospect Base and Commercial Pipeline updated, in order to generate new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
• Manage and follow up on the assigned supplier portfolio, keeping the Supplier Base and Commercial Base updated, ensuring the continuity of negotiations and compliance with commercial agreements, and providing support in account management when required.
• Follow up on purchases made during the term of contracts, purchase orders, or commercial agreements, verifying compliance with the conditions agreed upon with suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and the Operations Area the scheduling of loads, unit availability, pickup dates, and other logistical resources necessary to ensure compliance with the commercial program.
• Request, evaluate, and manage quotes for transport, forklifts, machinery, equipment, and operational services, as well as other resources required for the execution of commercial operations.

Requirements:

• Studies in Administration, Commercial, or related fields.
• Technical, bachelor's, and/or titled.
• Minimum experience of 01 year in the sale or purchase of recyclable materials.
• Basic English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
• Knowledge of prospecting techniques and supplier acquisition in the recycling sector.
• Knowledge of basic valuation of metals, metallic waste, and their classification for purchase.
• Knowledge of price, cost, and commercial margin analysis for the purchase of metallic materials.
• Knowledge in the use of commercial tools and systems (CRM and/or ERP) (desirable)
