Job Purpose

Functional Responsibilities

Train subordinates and form a team to work effectively.

Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.

Delegate tasks to subordinates for each respective assignment.

Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.

Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.

Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.

Resolve any related problems and escalate complex operational issues as needed.

Ensure quality requirements by developing effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.

Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities where possible.

Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
