Foreman, Display And Execution

Job purpose

To supervise and ensure the accurate execution of in-store displays and visual merchandising activities in line with brand standards and promotional plans across all assigned locations.

Key accountability areas

Supervise and lead display execution teams in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional setups in stores or showrooms.

Ensure all product displays, layouts, and planograms are executed according to brand guidelines and corporate standards.

Monitor daily field execution activities and ensure timely completion of display updates, seasonal changes, and promotional campaigns.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment of execution plans with commercial objectives.

Inspect store displays regularly to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with brand presentation standards.

Provide on-site guidance and support to execution staff, ensuring efficient workflow and problem resolution.

Report execution progress, issues, and store feedback to management in a timely manner.

Ensure proper use, maintenance, and handling of display materials and tools.

Support continuous improvement in display execution processes and field efficiency.
