Qualifications/Requirements: What does it take to be part of the team? Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course. Preferably must have at least 6 months of experience in the Retail industry or FMCG. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Strong leadership, customer management, and people management skills. Customer service-oriented with business management knowledge. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset, trustworthy, and reliable with high integrity. Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
