Real Estate Supervisor – Retail Expansion

Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate retail branch expansion projects from site identification to opening.

Identify and evaluate potential locations for new branches based on business requirements.

Conduct site visits and assess locations, accessibility, visibility, surrounding competition, and commercial potential.

Coordinate with landlords, brokers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Handle site negotiations, lease agreements, renewals, and commercial terms .

Follow up on permits, approvals, fit-out, construction, and branch readiness.

Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timeline and budget .

Maintain a pipeline/database of potential locations and available properties.

Prepare reports and recommendations regarding new branch locations.

Support the business in relocation, expansion, renovation, and closure of existing branches.

Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field .

5–10 years of experience in Real Estate, preferably within Retail Expansion / Branch Network Development .

Strong experience in companies operating through multiple branches / retail outlets .

Proven experience in site acquisition, location scouting, landlord negotiations, and branch expansion .

Strong knowledge of the Egyptian retail real estate market.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong ability to manage multiple expansion projects simultaneously.
