Post Transaction Consultant

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently supporting a leading pensions consultancy in seeking a Post Transaction Consultant to join its growing specialist team. This role offers the opportunity to work with trustees, sponsors and insurers, helping pension schemes successfully transition from buy-in through to buy-out and ultimate wind-up.

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage and support a range of post-transaction pension projects. Build strong relationships with trustees, insurers, sponsoring employers and advisers. Coordinate and project manage key activities to ensure transactions progress smoothly and on schedule. Identify and resolve issues efficiently while delivering excellent client outcomes. Contribute to business development initiatives, client presentations and wider team strategy. Essential Criteria: At least 4 years' experience within pensions consulting or a bulk annuity provider environment. Strong technical UK pensions knowledge, particularly around buy-out and wind-up processes. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
