This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified first mover from practice OR someone who has qualified within industry and is looking for their next step up. This is a brilliant role to deputise for the FD with a clear view of progression to Financial Controller.

The Role Own general ledger, journals, reporting schedules and balance sheet reconciliations Lead month-end close and produce revenue/GM reporting Key point of contact for external auditors at year-end Own the Business Central accounting system Support cashflow forecasting, working capital and process/automation improvement with the FD

What You'll Need Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Strong month-end close and balance sheet control experience Confident, credible communicator ready to grow into a future finance leader
