Front Office Manager – Hotel Alexander

At Hotel Alexander, we are looking for a Front Office Manager with a focus on luxury hospitality, operational leadership, and excellence in guest service. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the reception area, ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out, as well as the correct functioning of the department's daily operation.

Main functions:

• Supervise and coordinate the reception, concierge, and bell boys team.
• Guarantee high standards of attention and guest service.
• Follow up on check-in, check-out, billing, and basic audit processes.
• Resolve incidents, special requests, and guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate effective communication with Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B, and Maintenance.
• Supervise occupancy, room assignment, and availability control.
• Train and develop the staff under your charge.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain administrative control of the area and compliance with image and presentation standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions in hospitality.
• Proficiency in conversational English.
• Management of hotel systems and Office software.
• Leadership, organization, problem-solving, and service focus.
• Schedule availability.
