Junior Blue Collar Recruitment Specialist

Brief: We are looking for a motivated Junior Blue Collar Recruitment Specialist to support the recruitment of factory and operational employees, ensuring timely hiring to meet production workforce requirements. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions.

Source candidates through job fairs, referrals, social media, and local recruitment channels.

Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.

Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.

Support onboarding activities and employer branding initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration , or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (manufacturing experience is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Good English proficiency and Microsoft Office skills.
