Tertiary Client Accountant - Fluent English (M/F)

We are recruiting a Client Accountant - Property Management company (M/F) on a CDI basis. The position is based in Paris 1 Opera. Within a PM company, you will be in charge of a portfolio of tertiary assets. This position is to be filled as soon as possible with remuneration between €45,000 and €55,000 gross over 13 months. Fluent English required (C1). 2 days of teleworking.

The position:

Reporting to the Client Accounting Director, within a team, and managing a portfolio with complete autonomy, your missions are as follows:

• Launching calls for funds, issuing receipts, and calculating rent reviews,
• Reissuing service charges and annual accounts,
• VAT declarations and property tax declarations,
• Cash flow monitoring (repayment of calls for funds to clients), analysis of balance sheet accounts (condominium installments, client accounts, and security deposits), and bank reconciliations,
• Issuing and recording invoices, monitoring payments,
• Performing annual accounting closings and preparing accounting statements,
• Production of reporting statements and monitoring client accounts.

Profile sought:

With a real estate background of at least Bac+2, you have a successful experience of at least 3 years post-apprenticeship in real estate accounting (ADB with a significant tertiary component or at a PM on a portfolio of offices/retail).
