*Role*: Sales Associate

*Reports *to: Store Manager

_*Main Responsibilities:*_

-Drive personal sales goals and contribute to overall store targets

-Provide an excellent, customer-first shopping experience

-Assist customers with footwear, handbags and accessories

-Build relationships with customers and help them find products that meet their needs

-Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation

-Follow all company policies and procedures

_*What Aldo expects from the associate:*_

-Retail or service-industry experience is an asset

-High school diploma or equivalent but not mandatory

-Strong interest in fashion

-Excellent customer-service skills

-Availability for day, evenings, weekend shifts, holidays & peak busy season.
