Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications using Laravel and PHP.
• Architect scalable and secure backend systems.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define system requirements and deliverables.
• Maintain and optimize existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest Laravel and PHP trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PHP development, with a minimum of 3 years in Laravel.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership or leading a team
• Strong knowledge of OOP, MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and modern deployment practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in leading Agile/Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Experience with testing frameworks like PHPUnit or Pest.
• ⁠Skilled in AI-assisted coding, with the ability to validate and take ownership of AI-generated code.
