1 Expert - SRM - IT & Reporting How You'll Make Your Mark Your main tasks in this position are:

• As Expert - SRM - IT & Reporting, you will be comprehensively involved in monitoring delivery performance and improving Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) across ALDI's entire international supply chain
• You will review and analyze how food or non-food suppliers perform based on defined KPIs and initiate optimizations
• You will act as a bridge between supply chain management and IT by validating process implementations from both an economic and IT perspective and translating business needs into effective data management and reporting solutions
• Improving our reporting environment by introducing advanced analytics and supporting the integration of Business Intelligence systems for actionable insights is also one of your core tasks
• You will proactively identify and address training needs for new reporting tools, create materials, and conduct training to enhance our teams' skills
• Furthermore, you will take on general administrative and project tasks and ensure effective implementation and stakeholder engagement

Your Profile The requirements for this position:

• You have a university degree in business, logistics, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field
• You bring several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Supplier Relationship Management, or procurement, ideally with a strong IT/data focus
• You are passionately interested in IT, data analysis, and process automation and enjoy optimizing and digitizing business processes
• You are confident in handling Big Data environments and Business Intelligence/reporting tools (such as SAP BW, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are among your core competencies, and you can simplify complex information and communicate it to various stakeholders
• You feel comfortable understanding new reporting technologies and training others in them, contributing to increased acceptance and efficiency
• Your business-fluent English skills and your excellent communication skills support your work
• A reliable, solution-oriented, and independent working style is natural to you
